Returns Conditions

  1. Items returned must be in their original condition, which means that they should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any damage. It is fine to try on the fashion items for size, but even then, they will be viewed as unworn. You should note that if a substandard product is returned to us, we reserve the right to send it to you.
  2. The product must be sent back with its original user manual, tags, warranty cards, gifts, and any other accessories.
  3. The product should be returned in either the original packaging or box, and both should not have any damage. If the product was sent using a second layer of plastic packaging, then it must be sent back in the same condition with a return shipping label attached. The Manufacturer’s box should not have any stickers or tape on it.

Note: Include your order number and return tracking number in the return package; otherwise, some processes may be delayed.

  2. All items are eligible to be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  3. All items in Yeh Wala Mall are guaranteed to be authentic from reputed brands and are protected by a double-the-money-back guarantee.
  4. Note: The Double Money Back Guarantee does not apply to groceries or digital goods.
  5. For any post-use or post-return policy use issues with mobile phones or electronic appliances, kindly see if it has a seller or brand warranty.
  6. Your phone or yehwala, like newly purchased laptops, is covered for three months, while tablets carry a six-month warranty. You are also supposed to check yehwala, like the new warranty policy and the rest of the terms and conditions.

Reasons that can justify a claim for a return,

  1. The item is physically broken or damaged, or it doesn’t turn on at all.
  2. The package received was incomplete.
  3. The wrong item was delivered, a counterfeit was sent, or it was out of date.
  4. The received item does not correspond with the set description like the photograph. 
  5. The item is received with incorrect measurements.
